2. General Provisions.

7. Responsibilities of the Parties.

7.1. If the Site Administration fails to fulfil its obligations, it shall be liable for any harm suffered by the User as a result of the illegal use of personal data, in accordance with UAE legislation. This liability should not apply to clauses 5.2. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In the event of the loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Site Administration shall not be liable if the confidential information:

7.2.2. was received from a third party before being received by the Site Administration; or

7.2.3. was disclosed with the User’s consent.
